My wife Prameela, who is in Government Service, School Assistant. She raised a question that she will get promotion or not, as Telangana Govt is planning to give promotion for educational Department.

She gave a horary number 63.

6th Cusp Sub lord is Ketu. Ketu is in the star of Mercury and sub of Mars.
  1. Ketu is occupant of 5thHouse, which is in Mercury Star. 
  2. Mercury is occupant of 7th House and lord of 4 and 12 Houses. Mercury in Moon Star, who is in 9th house. Moon cusp degrees is less than 3 degrees to 9th house, so it means that Moon placement is 9th house. Moon is lord of 1 & 2 Houses. 
  3. So Mercury became significator of house 7,4,12, 9, 1 and 2.
  4. Mars in 10th house and lord of 11th House.
  5. 6th Cusp Sub lord is Ketu signifies 5,  7,4,12, 9, 1, 2, 10,11 Houses.
